switching profiles but need pocket work

Hi! I am 5'4 and 95lbs. and have a ribcage of 26''. After pregnancies I engorge with so much milk that I look bigger than Dolly Parton!! I wore a padded C afterwards but no fullness on top just stretchy skin.My PS told me I had to wait for silicone because I was too skinny for saline, too much rippling. He told me I only needed 250cc. because I was too skinny and would be like a pornstar any bigger.I got approved for silicone before they came out. I also told him I wanted HP because I read they were the best option for small girls. After surgery,I woke up and he told me he had to put in 450cc. because my pockets were so big. I was happy thinking I got nice, big implants. I didn't know anything about implant dimensions then but now do. I was given moderates which are 14.9 in width and 3.4 projection.I liked them when they still new and full. After softening,I fill like they are just like the natural breasts I had(not full on top, kinda like half full).Would I had better results with HP or at least mod+? He said he tried HP and and he said they did'nt look good.Do you think because he tried 450 HP,which is 12.8 & 5.1 projection? I saw him about a re-do and he said he would downsize me to 375 HP and sew my pockets.Would it be better to go to a larger cc. with the same width, like a 550 mod+ or into the 600's HP? I have read on this forum that alot of girls like their HP's but alot feel like their like torpedos. What do think? Also,he said I don't need a lift. Please give me your opinion as I really don't know what to do.

HP's are good for narrow chested people that want a lot of projection. Without examining you personally would be very difficult to give you an exact answer.

Thank you for your answer. Will I still be a D or DD but with a different shape,I mean a better shaped breast for me? do you believe in putting in 600 HP to try and match my width I have? Or are Mod+ just as good for upper pole fullness? There's a girl on here that is 5"4 and 106lbs. with 700 HP and she looks great without being out of proportion,in clothes I bet she doesn't look too big. Augmented breasts look big naked.
