Question about 600cc's HP Silicone Implants

Hi! I just spoke with a ps and she said that if I get 600 HP Silicone Implants that in time the implants will drop more and not be as attractive as they started out looking. She also said that with a larger implant there are more complications and problems than if I choose a smaller implant. Is this something you have noticed as well?? Over how many years do the implants look ugly or very unnatural looking? I am currently a 34 B and I would like to go alot larger than I am now. Thanks so much on any info that you have. I like that fake round look but I don't want breasts that look distorted. Thanks again!

Yes, smaller implants do better over time. Think about it, larger implants are heavier and they will drop and stretch out tissues more. It is hard to predict how long after surgery that will be.

Dr. With a large implant if you wear a bra all the time, like even a sports bra to bed, can you prevent these things from happening?

Probably not, because eventually the bra comes off and the tissues stretch.
