Will they get smaller?

I am 1 month post of from a revision to go 200cc smaller with a vertical lift. I am hoping they get smaller than they are at this point. Will they continue to get smaller over the next couple of months? If so, how much smaller?
Thank you!

They will probably get a bit smaller as the swelling subsides.

Thank you Dr.Wallach. I guess that answers my question... a bit smaller sounds like I will not be as small as I would like. I am measuring a D right now and I would like to be a C cup.

I am not wanting another revision. If I do decide to go with a smaller implant, will the lift hold if I go down to a 325cc silicone implant? Or, will the lift need to be redone? My PS said he would only go down to 400 cc from 650 cc. He did not recommend going any smaller than a 400cc implant. But I do not think I want to stay this big. Please give me some advice on this!
