Hi Dr. Wallach, 6 months ago I had a lollipop lift & 350cc put in. A month after surgery my left breast at the end of the incision opened up & by the time my ps closed it I ended up getting a huge lump afterwards. 2 weeks ago I had a revision surgery. My ps removed most of the lump. Put in bigger implants. At the same time I asked him to give me more upperpole fullness & sew the bottom of my right pocket. (I dont think he did this) I feel that 1 week out of my revision that I am back in the same position as before my revision. Is this possible? I compared side by side of my 5 month pics to my 2 week revision pics & they look the boobs are the same. My left never fully dropped like my right & its tight. I thought it was because of the lump. I am still uneven & its frustrating & I feel like I am never going to even out because my 2 week revision looks the same as my 6 month 1st surgery boobs. So my questions are. 1. Will I be changing anymore with my revision? 2. Is it possible to not change after a revision & go back to where you started before revision? Thank you!

Answer to 1- you mauy change some more as things relax. 2. I am not sure what you are asking? Do you mean can you get the old implants back?

Sorry I am not good at writing out what I am thinking. I guess my main concern is when I look at my 5month & 6month pictures & compare them to my 2 week revision pics I look the same only just a tad bigger. That bothers me because he was supposed to lift me & close the bottom of my pockets & I dont think he did that. Because when I compare pics & I look like my breast are in the same position. I am wondering if I am going to drop more or if its possible to stay just where I am at now with the revision? Is it possible with a revision for my breast to come out the exact same spot as before the revision & go through no more changes? Since I am only 2 weeks out of the revision will I drop anymore? Thank you!

You may stay where you are, or you may drop some more it is difficult to tell. Everyone responds differently. With bigger implants it may look that way because the lower pole is a bit longer with a larger implants. Hopefully they will stay where you want them. Eventually gravity will bring them down a bit. The only way to avoid gravity is by standing on your head!

Thank you! I love this response & so did my husband. I will try some headstands when I notice them going really south.
