Tae Kwon Do and implants

Hi Dr. Wallach,
I'm confused why I see some PS recommending not to engage in sports w/chance for chest contact if you have breast augmentation, while others say it's not a concern.
I train in Tae Kwon Do. It involves punching and kicking during sparring. wWe wear chest protectors and gloves/footgear, however there can be punches and kicks to the chest etc, although the emphasis is "light" contact, some people can get carried away.

I've not had breast implants, but would like to. I have a consult this Thurs.
Would I be greatly increasing my chance for rupture if I were hit in the chest ? Should I not consider implants or discontinue Tae Kwon Do if i want to have breast augmentation ?

Thank you for your response in advance !

Unlikely. Obviously, you have to keep away from contact sports for several weeks after surgery.
