Dropping afer revision to go smaller?

Hello Dr. Wallach,

Quick question, I am currently 13 days post revision; I went down from 425HP's to 300Mod+ The first couple days my implants looked fantastic and were sitting exactly where they should be; however for some reason after the 3rd day they seemed to have "ridden up", now they are high and look as though they need to drop, specifically my Right breast (even the first time around, Righty has always been most stubborn).

Is that normal, for them to ride back up? My PS said he didn't have to do any pocket work b/c they implants weren't signaficatly diff. in size so I would think that the pocket haven been previously open (and larger) that there wouldn't be much settling/dropping to be done this time around. (I had my 1st B/A 6months prior to my revision, I have unders, crease inscision both times).

My PS suggested the strap and I'm currently wearing day and night, very tight as to hurry things along but so far things seem to be going snail pace!

Your thoughts/advice?

Implants can ride up a bit after secondary surgery. You should really follow the instructions of your surgeon.
