Definitely HP.

Although sometimes the choice of profile depends on the size of your rib cage. Real broad cages say over 35" should consider mod, or you could end up with a gap.

I have a 35" rib cage, and I have 450cc under the muscle silicone gel HP.

Send FR to see pics.

You can get upper pole fullness with either mod + or hp. It really depends on your stats but I have mod+ implants and lots of upper pole fullness (at least enough to keep me from needing hps). If you have a narrower chest you might opt for hp in order to get the fake look.

Upper pole fullness depends upon your body build. Usually the HP's get you what you want but it also depends upon the base diameter you are starting with and what size you want to achieve.
