size

hi dr wallach
i had a consult and was told i have a short distance from collarbone to nipple (18.5cm) . my BWD measured 13.5cm The PS said this makes my chest wall more on the small size and he is limited to how large an implant he can fit in. I was hoping for around 600 and he has suggested around 350 to 400cc. Does that seem right. Ive looked at many pics of girls who are the same height and weight as me and i know 350cc would be disappointing for me.

A bwd of 13 could allow you to handle a larger implant. Remember, large implants mean heavier, and also more likely to stretch the tissues than an implant 30-50% smaller.
