Which Brand for wide BWD but want Small Implant?

Dear Dr Wallach,

Having a dilema as my surgeon in Australia does not have an implant brand that will fit my (13.5cm - BWD) diameter without going a lot larger than i would like, as prefer natural looking. (wanting approx 220 - 240cc, Silic, preferably round)

Are you able to advise if you know of any brands which could suit, that the surgeon possibly does not have?

The only two available in the US are Mentor and Allergan
