Unhappy Muscles ripping?

I had my breast augmentation in July of 2008. I have several questions that I am very concerned about. I got 500 cc saline HP's in both breast. When I lie on my back the left one goes way to the side- the right stays in place. When I bend over, etc. I get a lot of pain coming from the left one- not so much my breast but the muscles around it. I can NOT sleep without a bra, especially if sleeping on my left side- it pulls and is VERY uncomfortable. It has actually gotten to the point now where I cant ever go braless. It seems over the past month that my chest muscles are ripping almost- I dont know how to explain this? I get this sudden, sharp ripping sensation...to me I just imagine my muscles tearing away from my ribcage. I know I need to schedule an appt with my PS but he is in another state and I most likely will not be able to make it until the end of Nov. I am freaking out! How much damage is this doing? Is it correctable? Also, the left breast feels like it has much thinner skin over it - if this makes sense...I can feel the implant very easily and it feels like a squishy ziploc with water inside. I can not feel it nearly as good on the right. Is this all a matter of bad placement? Thanks for all the advice in advance.

It may be from the pull of the implant off fhe chest wall when it falls to the side. This may be stretching the muscle a bit. I assume the implants are biplanar or under the muscle? Closing down the pocket a bit may help this.
