![]() | breast revision advice?
Hello. I had a breast augmentation done about 4 months ago. I did 300 cc, unders, round cohesive gel, diameter to close match my natural diameter and a moderate profile. Before my breast augmentation, I was a 34 small b and now am a 34 full C. For a living, I am a swimsuit model, as well as a playboy model, so the way my breasts look, is very important. I have gone back to see my Plastic Surgeon with this issue but Im assuming because I am so athletic,(by no means a body builder, but in very good shape)my implants look seperated from my natural breast, especially the right one (because my right sides stronger),giving an oblong, double breast look, my upper pole just wont let go of my implants. He said that my peck muscle is about double the width of the average womans. We have discussed going above the muscle. My questions now are, what changes will I see by going above? Will it fix this? Should I change the implant to a moderate plus or high profile or will they look like one unit, and not as confined/flattened, once I go above the muscle? Should I swith to a anatomical implant to get rid of that weird tight, flat look or is going above going to fix that as well? Will I look bigger by going above the muscle, if so by how much and in which way, diam. or profile? It will cost me more if I go above the muscle and change the implant, so was wondering if I should change it or keep the same ones I already have and by going above the muscle, it should fix the problems I am having now? Thank you so much for your advice |

Hard to say without examining you. But, the cohesive since they are textured will not drop as easliy as a smooth implant. That may be why the implant is staying high. I do not like the anatomics partialy for the same reason, and I do not think they offer any advantage over a round implant. I prefer under the muscle for most people myself. I think it offers another layer of coverage. This can help minimize the risk of rippling.
