liposuction with fat transfer to breast

I have recently heard about this procedure. I am somewhat interested in this procedure as I am shying away from getting a breast augmentation. I am 34B and desire to be 34C so I am not wanting dramatic results. I would like your opinion on this procedure regarding patient satisfaction and natural appearance of the breast after the procedure.

This is the latest hot topic in plastic surgery. The entire concern about this in the past was how this would impact breast cancer screening and detection due tothe fact that calcium deposits may develop from the injection. IN addition, the fat may not take evenly and as well. There are a few surgeons doing this around the country, but charge about 5-10X more than a simple breast augmentation with implants( Yes I am not kidding about the fee!) It also takes some of them 5-6 hours to perform the procedure. I am still on the fence about this myself.
