how much difference would there be between 385cc-450cc

Hello and thank you for reading this.

I am having my breast augmentation done in 3 days and am now wondering if i should have 450cc rather than 385cc silicone hp overs.Would there be a huge difference? I am looking to be 34DD and don't really want to be a C but also don't want to an E+.
I am currently 34B 5'6" and 145lb.

Hard to be sure. They are similar projections( one slightly more than the other) with different bases. Try it out with a "baggy test" see what you like in a loose fitting blouse. I can;t tell you for sure what cup size that you will be.
