Question Differences between Mentor and Natrelle (Silicone Implants)

Dear Dr. Wallach,

I have been looking at the Mentor and Natrelle site charts, and there is a Natrelle Style 10 that may work to close my large gap, and allow me to stay at the same projection as I currently am (Mentor 375Mod+,Silicone - 4cm projection, 12.8cm width), and not having to go up too many more cc's to acheive a nice gap decrease. I currently have a 4cm gap.

I am curious to know what the differences, besides the measurements, are??

I think the implants from each company are basically the same. If you try to hard to close the gap, you may either get too much "side boob" or symmastia. Be careful what you wish for. Often perfection is the enemy of very good.

Unhappy I believe my cleavage area can be improved.

Doc, I guess I didnt explain my self correctly at all when I said that "I would like to close my large gap". That's not what I meant at all. I'm not trying to close the gap entirely, but if you could see my pictures, I do believe there is room for ample improvement. Some people, including Doctors, keep telling me what you have is basically what you had before your original BA, and I just can't believe that because I see so many pictures proving that is not the case. I do not believe that my cleavage area can not be improved. It was actually better before I got the augmentation! If you want me to send you a picture, let me know. I don't know how to get them up on this site, so I would have to send them to your personal email. (plastic surgeon, when I say the "cleavage area", I mean the whole top half of the breast circle, and how that area is defined.)
THANKXXX

There may be room for improvement, but an exam would be in order.

I think they are the same. Like Coke and Pepsi both make cola drinks it's just a matter of personal preference.

Thanks for getting back to me. The reason why I asked is that not many people seem to know, and the only one person that replied, said that the shell was thicker, so it would show more under thin skin. Do you agree? (Should have mentioned that before, sorry!)
