Nipple "popping out"

Hi Dr. Wallach,

I am unhappy with the way my nipple looks like it is popping out. It looked like this before my surgery and I thought that the surgery would fix this. I have asked my plastic surgeon during my one month visit and she said that it was still swollen. I am worried that I will not get the look I want. Is there a surgery to fix this or will time fix it?

I do not undersand your question. Are you concerned that your nipple is swollen after surgery, or you just have large nipples?

I don't like the way the nipple is not rounded with the breast. My pictures show what I am talking about. It's hard to explain. My nipples are actually very small. They just are "puffy."
