Is over the muscle ok?

Hi,

I am booked in for my Breast Augmentation in about 10 days. My Plastic Surgeon suggest that i get between 325 - 385cc, High Profile and over the muscle. I have decided on the 385cc, but i am unsure on going over the muscle, i have read alot that under the muscle is better but my plastic surgeon just said no its too painful and have to detach the muscle from the rib cage. Is this just a case that he does not want to do under the muscle or is over the muscle a better option? I am not worried about the pain more about the final result.

I am 177cm tall, 57kgs and a 12A/maybe small B currently.

Thank you

Breaking Dawn is on a distinguished road
I just had surgery 10 days ago and my surgeon went under the muscle. He said this would be a better option for me as the result is more natural. I had little or no breasts prior to surgery and therefore there wasn't much tissue to hold an implant in place. It is sore but nothin too major. Getting out of bed is hard as it feels like someone is standing on your chest but it subsides after a few days. Probably best to go on the advice of your surgeon. I hope this helps you make your decision.
