![]() | Implant vs BWD
Hi there. So I am trying to find out what is the biggest implant I can get, which isnt very big because I have a very small frame. My BWD is 10 cm. Ribcage is 26 and i have about a 2 finger gap between my breasts. I was wondering if an implant at 10.8cm in diameter is too big? And how about 11.1, would that be pushing it? I am trying to get a nice cleavage out of it, but definitely avoid any risk of double bubble or bottoming out. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

From what I have learned from the ladies here in JBI most PS are strict about staying within the 1cm rule meaning you can either get 1cm greater or lesser than your BWD. Of course, there are doctors who do break the '1cm rule' but to minimize as much complications as possible it's best to stay within that rule.

There are girls on here who have gone more than 1cm over their BWD, so I think you would be fine with 11.1cm if you were comfortable with that size. You will have more side boob, but it shouldn't increase complications since you're staying close to 1cm over. This is coming from your 10cm BWD friend I did a LOT of research on this before my breast augmentation. I chose to only go 0.5cm over and am very pleased with the result. Good luck! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!!!
