Veiny Breasts

I was just wondering if there is any treatment for very veiny breasts? My breasts became very very veiny with my first child and they have stayed that way ever since. I am very light skinned so they stick out like a sore thumb, even in my clevage area. My ps said he could do some laser treatments to get rid of some of them, but I assume you cant treat them all?
Do you know what causes this? Is there any way to get rid of them? Also Is there anyway to make stretch marks clear up or become less visable? My breasts would look so much nicer if they weren't so veiny and covered in stretch marks. Thank You.

It is genetic. There is no specific treatment.
