Unhappy Lump under breast by incision

I posted this earlier but in the wrong forum so I thought I would try again in the right area and hope to find more answers. Anyways, I have this lump under my right breast right next to the incision. It doesn't hurt but it's hard, pea sized, and it moves when I touch it. I'm worried about it and when I called my PS office today, they said to give it a couple days to see if it goes away and if it gets worse or has any symptoms like pain, hot to touch, I have a fever, etc...It could be infection. Has anyone else experience this?

I think it's just scar tissue forming around your internal stiches. I have some of the same "lumps" and my PS said to massage my scars when applying my scar cream and that they go away on their own as the scars heal. No worries. I'm pretty sure this is what you're feeling and it's totally normal. Although, if you're still concerned, you can schedule an appointment with your PS. Good luck

could it be the marker on the implant that they use to line it up correctly?

It could be just scar tissue forming or it could be the internal sutures that haven't dissolved yet. Just give it some time,it should go away.

Keep an eye on it until you have your next post op appointment.

Me too! My bf found it under my boob right next to my incision. I'm just going to massage it and drink plenty of water. Doesn't hurt when I touch it or anything. Keep me posted!

I noticed a small lump under my incision yesterday as well. It is a little painful should I be worried?
