One breast larger than other

Curious.....does any gals here have one breast that seems larger than the other and if so did it seem to get worse over time? I notice my lefty seems to be smaller than my right. My friends don't seem to notice unless I point it out but I notice all the time. My main concern is over time if this will get worse. Any insight is helpful. Thanks

My right boob was always slightly bigger than my left, and after surgery, it does seem that the right is noticeably bigger than ever before. Were you slightly smaller on one side pre op?

My right was bigger than my left, but when I got saline implants my PS overfilled my left to accomodate and now it's the bigger one. LOL, my DH says the left one is his since it's bigger.
I doubt it will get worse though.
I'm getting a revision done and going to silicone so I guess my right one will be the bigger one again.

my left has always been a little bigger then my right, it was like this Pre BA and since i went with silicone and the difference wasn't great i had to go with the same size implants otherwise it would have been over corrected. at first it bothered me post op but now i don't really even notice it. its a very small difference.

Well that's good to hear that this is a common thing. I don't recall my lefty being smaller than my righty pre op but my PS says I was and had extra skin on the left. I guess I just never noticed this before I had the implants. I was just curious if this is an abnormal thing and my lefty being a little bit lower than the right as well. I didn't know if this would be a major issue over time that I should eventually start looking into a revision. Thanks for letting me know I'm not the only one.

its almost impossible to have two perfect boobs. there is usually small differences, sometimes they can be fixed with revision and sometimes its so minimal that its not really worth trying to fix and then risking over correction. Only you will be able to know weather or not having one breast lower then the other is a big enough deal with a revision. Also i too had NO idea that one of my breast were bigger then the other until i went to my second consult and the surgeon pointed it out to me. after that it bothered me a lot up until a few months ago. you just have to decided if its something you can live with and if its something thats even possible to fix. Your surgeon would be a good person to talk too!

my right was bigger pre op and is still a but bigger, my BF says its not really noticeable but i can tell, i think we over exaggerate anything to do with our bodies...

its normal for one to be bigger than the other so unless its whole cup size different i wouldnt worry

My right is smaller than my left, slightly noticeable if you stare at it, but at a distance or for those who doesn't know your boobs, can't really tell. I didn't notice it until my surgeon point it out pre-op but he said nothing to worry about. I end up getting the same cc on both and I'm happy with what I got Don't worry too much if it's not that noticeable.

I thought my were fairly even pre op, and my surgeon did too.. However post op Ive noticed that my left seems bigger them my right Its not a huge difference but I can def notice it, It also seems to be sitting a tiny bit lower then my right.. At first I thought it was part of dropping and fluffing and my right would catch up but now i think thats just how they're going to be - the type of implants i have doesnt really d&f much apparently..
I wish they were the same but to be honest its not too noticeable, im just happy they look so good.
How far out are you? You might even up once all the d&f has finished by 6 months or so..

Same troubles here. My left nipple barely hits my tank top with a shelf. So one side you see my nipple through my shirt then my right you dont. I guess the larger implant pressing it more into the shirt. Anyhow I guess a revision will be done asap to get it over with.

Aww thanks gals for all the responses. I'm 3 1/2 months out lani2204. My left has fully dropped and I'm hoping it does not drop anymore since it is the lower one. I have noticed this past week my right has filled out a little bit. I still think there will be a bit of difference with the left always being a bit lower than the right. It's not noticeable at all when I'm wearing a bra or shirt but sometimes in a bathing suit or nude you can see one is lower and smaller than the other. It's not a huge difference but I notice it. I'm just trying to learn to accept it because I really do not want a revision. You open yourself up to possible rupturing the implant or infection with revisions. I learned this from a few PS I went to for second opinions. They all told me I look great and this issue is so minor not to fret about it. So here I am trying to accept it and love them. It sounds like this is a common thing being here on JBI.

My left one is still a bit bigger. I did have an even larger difference pre op but now its very slight difference. It still sort of does bother me but then I remember than its still way way better than it was.

Hello..My left is higher and slightly bigger than my right. Also hurts more in general. I am right handed and I think that has something to do with it? My Dr says that my muscle on that side is really tight. She is not for massaging but instructed me to stretch out my arm, massage and push on it. 'm also wearing a band too. Good luck to you..and me!

My left breast was slightly bigger preop. Since I went with saline my PS put slightly less in my left to accommodate for this but my left is still larger than my right. I've gotten used to it and it doesn't bother me.

My left boob is bigger and higher than my right one. It bothers me but I can do nothing about it so I try not to stress over it. I'm right handed and Ive notice that since the surgery I was able to move my right arm better than the left one even the breast muscle dont hurt as much as the left one!! the human body is weird !!!

I think the consensus is that your boob on your dominant side will be smaller. I also think its something only we notice because we tend to put ourselves under a microscope.

No its usually the left one that is bigger because of our heart right there. Who knows if its true but thats what I hear.

okay, so today I took a pic of my breasts and they look DEFORMED the left one is way higher than the right one!!! Im not sure if this is normal and I'm too embarrassed to post a pic here for you guys to see.

I have an appointment with my PS today and I seriously need to discuss this issue with him but I know he will brush it off an normal and he will tell me to wait for them to heal and settle!!!
