At 6 weeks post-op it is very hard to tell if you have CC or if you just need more time to drop. It was a full 3 months before I saw my final results. If you are concerned you should bring this up at your next post-op appointment. You might even ask if you can start taking vitamin E.

what about massaging textured cohesive gels. I have been told NOT to massage textured implants, but im so worried about cc. I know im prob being silly as i am only 7 days out but they feel so tight!

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You shouldn't massage textured implants, they are textured so they will adhere to your tissues. Massaging textured implants defeats the purpose. I think you should follow your surgeons post-op care directions.

I wouldn't freak out yet. I think most of us, reading these forums all the time, become more paranoid than the average patient. We all think at some point that we are developing CC or starting to bottom out. I was afraid I was getting CC in my left one because for months it was a lot firmer than my right one. I think it took an extra 3 months for that one to be as soft! If I had never been on this site though, I probably wouldn't have given it much thought. So anyway, keep an eye on it, but don't worry unless it becomes worse.
