Study estimates vary widely and this could be based on the fact that it includes patients with grade 2 which is low grade and often untreated for good reason.
I read that for first time BA's done for cosmetic reasons, it is 10%. It is higher for patients having breast reconstruction and for patients who have already had CC.
So, based on that, one would safely guess that your chance of getting CC is 10% or probably lower since you didn't get it the first time. I'm not a surgeon but I'd personally guess your chances are probably even lower, in the single digits.
