Cool Chances of Capsular Contracture with 2nd BA?

I am going in for my 2nd BA tomorrow, first was 8 years ago. I didn't get capsular contracture the first time, so I want to know what my chances are with my revision surgery? There will be little to no pocket revision, but I am going a little bit bigger. (Silicone HP Unders 550cc, up from 350cc salines)
Any info would help!

Thank you!

Study estimates vary widely and this could be based on the fact that it includes patients with grade 2 which is low grade and often untreated for good reason.

I read that for first time BA's done for cosmetic reasons, it is 10%. It is higher for patients having breast reconstruction and for patients who have already had CC.

So, based on that, one would safely guess that your chance of getting CC is 10% or probably lower since you didn't get it the first time. I'm not a surgeon but I'd personally guess your chances are probably even lower, in the single digits.
