one breast slightly larger

I measured each one of my breast, and my right breast is 9" and the left is not quite 9". Is there any chance that they will even out?? I am almost 4 months post op... Also the right breast is firmer than the left one??? So does that mean the left one has fluffed all the way??

First things first, it can take up to a full year to heal from your breast augmentation. Most women drop and fluff within 6 months. So you still have a bit of time for your breasts to even out. As far as them feeling different, do you have saline? And if you do, are the cc's the same or different? I am only a bit over 1 month post op, but since day one I can feel a difference in my implants. My right side, (which has more saline) is more firm. Also my left side (the one filled with less) is the one I am noticing small ripples in. Could it just be they filled one side more to even you out?

I do have saline, and they are both filled to the same amount. So hopefully i will even out! It bugs me knowing that the one is slightly larger. I doubt anyone can notice it except me. But if I was to point it out, you could definetly see it.

sounds just like my story
i can definetely see a huge difference in size in mine
but i had a difference to start with, went with silicone and ps chose to put same amount in both
i hope that wasn't a mistake and that they'll look "VERY" close once they all said and done

I have the same stupid problem. I have the same fill on both sides basically (300 & 305) but one boob is bigger than the other. Left is bigger and very soft and right is smaller and a bit firmer (not hard). I can definately tell the difference though my husband say's he really can't that much. It's very annoying!

DIfference in Size

Hi, I have the same problem. My breast augmentation was done Nov. 29. Prior to that my left breast was bigger than my right. The PS told me that he was going to put the same size implant in each side because (example): If one breast was 100cc and the other 50cc to start, one is 50% bigger than the other. Now if you add 500cc to each one you have one 600cc breast and one 550cc breast - a difference of only 10%, so the difference wouldn't be very noticeable if at all.

Well, that might look good on paper mathematically, but it sure doesn't look good on me. My left breast looks much fuller to me than the right. I am so upset. One of the biggest reasons I had this done was to even me out more. The implants are in equal position height wise on my chest - haven't dropped all the way yet of course. But, one implant is not lower than the other, so I don't think it is a case of one having to catch up to the other.

What I am wondering - and maybe if there are some guest PS lurking out there - is it my PS responsibility to be sure I am satisfied and possible put a larger implant on the right - or am I expected to pay again for surgery??? I already have put out $6500 for this, and feel that he should fix it with no additional money.

What do you think? Or, has anyone had this experience? I would be interested in what your PS did to correct this.

I see my PS on Jan. 16.

sweet-t will become famous soon enough
Well, I'm only 9 days post-op, so trying not to obsess about size difference. I started asymmetrical, with left side smaller. When I went in for my consult, my only requirements were "even me out, fill me up." I knew my nipples were different sizes but that did not matter to me, as long as he could even them up by making the breast the same size, I was good.

So, I have the same size implants both sides (420) with a little more fill in the left to help even out...but to me, so far anyway, I don't think that is going to do the trick completely. Doesn't seem like a few cc's more is enough to have made a difference. My Day 9 photos REALLY show the difference in size and it's kinda a bummer.

However, since surgery, my bigger right boobie has always been more sore and swollen, so I'm hoping for a little change at least.

I have overs, so (I think??) there won't be as much of a change with "dropping and fluffing"...I see my PS (well, his son...my PS is out of the country!!) on Thursday and will ask.

But you know what?? I HAVE BOOBIES and I feel AWESOME!! If I have to live with a little 'dissimilarity', might as well have BIG beautiful boobies!!

I'm not a doctor obviously, but, I would think if there is a size difference that they would put different sizes to compensate. My PS told me going in, not to expect perfection and I didn't. My left girl was almost a half size larger than my right. He put in 450 for her and 500 for the other. They are alot more evened out now, but, there's still a very slight difference. So much better than before and I'm satisfied.
