Hi Bree,

How far post-op are you? Do you have any pictures you can send me?

Are you thinking you are bottoming out? The fix for bottoming out is permanent sutures. Usually you have to wait a few months for enough scar tissue to build up before the repair can be preformed. If you think you are bottoming out, you should wear a supportive bra so it doesn't get any worse before you can have it repaired. Have you voiced your concerns to your PS?

Dito on what Ivy said. I was bottoming out and also my ps moved my crease too low so I had to have a pocket revision plus he put permanent sutures in ( to my ribs plus I didn't have any scar tissue). Its not bad at all as far as the pain. I was okay the next day.
If you suspect your bottoming out wear a good support bra until you can get it fixed. Do you have pics of this that you could share?
If you have any questions bout the revision surgery please ask away!!!
