biggies is on a distinguished road
left problem...pics in album...might be my reason wanting to go smaller ??

I think my concern for wanting to go smaller could in fact
be because my left is noticebly larger then my right...and was like that
of course pre breast augmentation...left was sagging more and had more tissue...

I know I need a lift no way I am living like this plus my left is
also heavier feeling then my right...well that's a no brainer lol...

Anyway do you girls think the issue with my left is because it
needs a lift...I know there is not enough support on the left...
even when I bend over left hangs sloppier and not firmer like right...

maybe I don't need to go smaller apart from left to take out
unwanted excess tissue...

what do you girls think ? Or you think there is another problem
with it ?

Have you talked to the PS? Could it be bottoming out? maybe settleing more? I sent an add to see your album to see what it looks like.

I did in September and he just said my breast pendulous and
breast tissue cannot support the weight of the heavy implant...
and that I should wear support bra and that lift will leave ugly scar...
he is not one that likes scars...but seriously I'm gonna ask him the
cost of a lift cause I am not looking like this forever...

WOW...I'd bit a bit upset that he didnt' tell you about the size of the implant and possible issues prior. I'd also want to see another PS about fixing it...maybe having to go a little bit smaller to avoid the lift?

To me, it looks like you've bottomed out on your left side. Your nipple is pointing up and there is more breast under the nipple than over. Could be that the implant is too heavy - could be that your PS made the pocket too low/big?? I don't know if a lift would do it. Some kind of a revision, tho, with a PS who's experienced with revisions. JMO - see what others have to say. And get some opinions from different PS's, if you can.

yeh I was afraid that is what it is [bottoming]...I did ask
him and what I said above is what he said
too heavy to carry breast...will say my left was
favoured the most for my 4 kids breastfeeding...

I was told the risks that would come with large breasts
but I was adamant to get this size...he did worn me beforehand
and I was fully informed with my own research...I'm thinking
because my breast tissue underneath was really thin pre breast augmentation
that it could be too heavy to support like he said...and so bottoming
out is like that ?

So internal sutures and a lift might correct this ?

think you might be right about pocket too low...
cause he did mention something about having to
lower the pocket but not sure if he went ahead and did
it or which breast he was talking about...but I did have
a kinda double bubble look in the first week or two and
the it settled...the breast didn't look like this in the first
early stages...

I've emailed him today and told him I want it corrected and
asked him about internal sutures and a lift...

thanks for your replies

it does look like you could have bottomed out due to the location of you nipple....please let us know what your PS says and maybe you want to check out and see what other PS' say that way you can gather up as many ideas as possible...and see what the majority of them say ~ I wish you the best ~

That's extremely sad that he would say that about lift scars. They fade away as is! Much less this is obviously what you probably need. You can take a look at my pics, they are already looking better. The breast augmentation and BL is the best thing I could have done.

IMO your shape and size are beautiful . IMO you need to have lefty lifted and the pocket revised to prevent this possible bottoming out?, happening again - IDK ! Going smaller may prevent it from possibly occuring again, due to the implant being slightly lighter. Without lifting, it wont help much because it will only hang the same as it did pre implant! A professional surgeon can lift and revise so that lefty matches with righty again - by evening and correcting them, they will look twice as fantastic, it might also be beneficial to start improving the skin (you mentioned before how soft, too soft they were), which IMO the skin tissue lacks in elasticity and strength to carry the weight, I also had something similar happening and the skin has considerably improved since I started using various homeopathy ointments!)...
Wishing you well and update us on your decision to, or not to!
Your still beautiful and take care.... bebby

Thanks Bebby you are a beautiful person :-)

I got a reply back from another ps...

"The causes of sagging may be
1.Some may have asymmetrical breast to begin with
2.Asymmetrical dissection of the pocket during surgery.
3.The implant was placed above the muscle.
The solution is Repositioning of the implant if this do not work out them
revision with replacement of the implant under the muscles may be required."

Now my thoughts are...did my ps put my implant behind the
muscle ?...he said he did...but how can you tell for sure ?
I dropped extremely quickly but then again I hadn't used
my muscles for quite a few months...

I put some pics up of pre breast augmentation...and 6 weeks later...6 weeks
my boob was perfect...I pretty much stopped taking photos
after that...until now...but have been concerned since september...

Today I wore a top and my boobs hardly looked big...so it's like
I'm not sure what to do with the reduction...cause everyone
here says they look good on me...maybe go down a tad smaller...

Looks like a bottomomg out to me..
Think i would talk to the doc and see..
The nip is pointing upward.
Flex your chest muscle. If they move outward some then they are under..
You should be able to tell..
Good luck hon..

Thank You and you are aswell babe!
IMO - We all think you look fantastic here the size you are and we love ya! Its a shame the negative people in our lives have such influence over our opinions of ourselves, but dont forget we are all unique and I would much rather be the black sheep and be myself and do things to please myself, than the white sheep who just follows all the others and does just what the others want me to do!
I also dropped extremely quick and also like you, dont use these muscles as often as I should... as far as whether or not they are behind or in front of the muscle IDK! I do know that when I flex, its obvious that mine are behind but then I have always had under the muscle, maybe someone here knows the differences and how to test....
As far as the PS admitting to error???? Not many do - they usually just push you aside! You do what you feel correct is for yourself and I wish you well! Your "biggies" look great and when you decide to reduce to not "so biggies" , I am sure you will look just as fantastic!

Thanks for all your responses I do appreciate the time
to reply to me as I go on this new journey of fixing a boob
that I should have had fixed properly...lol...I should have
got the lift the first time like I wanted to...

Bebby - yes for me I would keep the size...the stares and comments get me down and
as I am a sensitive character I do take it to heart...but I tell ya the next guy or anyone to
make a rude comment I'm gonna say something smart...lol...normally I don't ever like
comforming to societies norms...very stubborn and head the opposite direction...
I think it doesn't help cause I have long blonde hair so with bigger boobs...the barbie
names come out...

As for flexing the chest muscle...here's the funny thing I
kinda bend my arm like you would when trying to show
how much muscle you have on your biceps...the right
breast clearly moves with ease to the outer side..like the muscle moves
...however the left one does nothing...hmmm...why is that ?
Is it because I am right handed...or clearly no muscle strength
on the left side ? however I open bottles etc with my left hand...

Still no reply from my ps...which is odd cause he always replies fast...
but I basically asked him the cost for a lift and that I said it was sitting too
low and had too much tissue and is there a way to have more internal support
like stitching...I really liked him and he did do a great job it's just unfortunate that
this boob has less strength then the right...it had always been the one overfilled with
breast milk...a lot of tugging from babies...you know how they are they want their
milk...lol...funny bubbies :-)

Another thing is I'm wanting to go into a career that fitness is a must [ok I did
studies with the small breasts and postponed it for a while...
but now I wanna get back into it...but this problem has now made it a lil more longer to achieve...
so wondering is it possible to have big boobs and just have a good sports bra on and still be ok...?

I'm not even sure I can afford to replace my implants...the lift I can but both procedures gonna set me back...
I've been quoted $3000usd from the other ps...I think 700cc would be the most I would go down to if i reduced...
any smaller I may regret the decision as I am use to seeing my size...

What's sad is looking at my boobs in pics how they once were perfect and how they have changed...it makes
you think could I have done something to prevent it ? and as I have said I have been in a bra 24/7...since the procedure...I sleep in
one...but they are not a good fit...I think the fault is not getting a lift to removed excess loose skin...that's what
helped drag the heavy implant down...because the right is in perfect position and the skin is tight strong feeling
but soft as a normal breast is when squeezed...the left still to me feels like it could fill more implant...that's how
stretchy it feels when pulled...

So my conclusion is I will want a lift...put some added support in and fix the pocket...if funds permit...go down to 700cc...
or wait until I can fix it both...gonna get a few more opinions today from other ps...

Thanks all for your help :-)

I think it is possible to have big boobs and a great sports bra and be ok.

Try not to be too sad! You still are beautiful. No one has perfect boobs. (We may want them but we don't have them. LOL!) You didn't do anything wrong and it's not your fault at all. It sounds like you have an excellent plan to take care of this. You sound strong and determined. You'll get through this.

Thanks Slinky...yes I try to look on the positive and
say well at least I can fix it...to some degree...sometimes
it takes more then one go to get it right...well it's not the
end of the world...

I have heard good reports of Enell sports bra so will be
getting that...I got the shock absorber level 4 but the size
was too small and I still bounced lol...so have heard Enell
is good for big busted women...I'll give that a shot...
