The nurse told me that stomach sleeping would mess up my boobs because all that body weight pressing on the implant for several hours will stretch the pocket, and that can cause all sorts of problems. Those are not her exact words, but you get the idea
Also, she told me that she herself had a redo after her first breast augmentation, and was told to never sleep on her stomach because her PS believed that to be be cause of her issues (I think her boobs migrated into her armpits or something like that).
However, she encouraged me to do compression exercises to soften up leftie by lying on the floor and "rolling on the implants" for a good 2-3 minutes every day in addition to my massage. She actually told me to demonstrate how I was massaging them, and when I showed her (push up, then apart, then together and then down, repeat each move 20 times), she said that the only thing I need to do from now on is pushing them up. It's more like grabbing my lower part of the boob and squeezing the implant toward my collarbone, and then holding it there for a few seconds.
