On Thursday I had a long day or working out & running errands & my back/boob was hurting. So my DH was rubbing out my back & decided to rub out my boob too & I noticed it felt weird. So I took over on the massaging & I could tell it was hard like a mass. So I spent 3 days worrying & massaging. I tired to pop it myself. Got into the ps office & I said its hard & he examed me & sure enough it was a CC.

I go back in after a month of being on singular & aggressive massage & go from there.
