Advice please on re-do's

I have posted a few times on concerns and questions about double bubble....( I have double bubble in my left breast causing an indent under my nipple and mild double bubble in the right breast when my arms are raised) and now it has been brought to my attention that I have some bottoming out in my left breast I sent my ps pics and we have talked via email and he does want me to come in and discuss the risks of a redo and if it will even be worth it for me. Then he adds that he loves the results...which I am slightly unhappy about. Well, I do love them but am SOOO bummed with these crappy things happening. Anyway can anyone offer any advice on re-dos?? Do these things get worse over time if I choose not to have the redo?

I have had a long fight with DB that ended with me going from unders to overs... it took 3 times to get it right!!!
so...what are u planing on doing for a 'redo' what is your ps going to do to 'fix' ur boobs?
DB will get worse over time...if u look at enough pics on the net it will send u running for the first avaliable or date... it can get nasty... mine were looking nasty (pic in profile)
& how can ur ps be happy with a DB result??? AUGH!!!
PS's... they drive me nuts!!!!
U can ask me anything... I'll try to help u!

Well, when I first went to him about the db he was like..oh its minimal it will go away on its own, give it another year. I also mentioned that I felt my left breast was possibly bottoming and he said it looked fine..this was in the beginning of Sept. I posted some pics on here and I got a response that said it looked like my left breast was bottoming so I sent the pics to my doc w/ the concerns...he really wants to discuss the redo in person but I got the vibe that he didnt think I needed one at this point...have u seen my pics?! Im soo not happy w/ the left breast and if its anything that gets worse I def want a redo for the bottoming and the db
