What is going on with my right breast?

Is it double bubble or bottoming out? What do you think my chances of being happy after a revision are?
Any advice on how I deal with PS, who I am seeing on Friday. The last time I saw him he couldn't really 'see' my problem. I definitely have a problem and it needs to be addressed.
Could this be my fault or his or no ones?
I look fine in clothes but you can imagine I am not happy naked and once I flex it is WAY worse than this.

Thanks ladies! I have been scouring the forums for similar issues as this and befriending the ladies who I think have a similar issue as me.

I always appreciate how helpful everyone is. My album is public, I have no need to hide this. I wish my PS showed me pictures of this but noooo you only ever see the perfect BAs!

I am no expert but form what my surgeon showed me that looks like a slight double bubble. Talk to him he should be repairing that
