Revision from under to split

Well, after seeing my doctor today for my follow-up visit, she agreed to a revision. My implants still have not dropped and there is no weight under my nipples, nor are my nipples centered. She has suggested that I do I split (half under the muscle, half over) to achieve the dropped look. I am also considering going bigger. They are going to call me on Tuesday to see if the warranty will cover the revision.

Has anyone had a revision from completely under the muscle to split?

I think all are split since 2/3 is covered by the implant so the bottom portion is not covered.

I would clarify what your PS means by 'split'. You've already got unders which only covers the upper portion of the implant so technically the lower portion is just behind your own breast tissue already. I've never heard of the term 'split'. I'd get more info from her. Good luck, I hope your issues get resolved and end up with the perfect boobies you want
