one boob much bigger than other!

Before my breast augmentation my PS told me that my right breast was slightly larger than the left which I had also noticed. I asked him if he would put more cc's in the left to even them out and he said he didn't need to. So I decided to get 350 cc under the muscle. I am one week post op, and the right one is much bigger than the left, it also seems to have dropped more than the left. The right is also lower and fuller looking. The left looks more pointy and high so my cleavage is uneven. Its not just me because my fiance keeps telling me "you're one boob is alot bigger than the other" (reassuring huh? lol) anyways is this normal 1 week post op? Could it look so much smaller because it hasn't dropped as much as the other, or should my PS have added more cc's to the left to make them even? I am going to post some pics, I would appreciate some redback I really dont want a redo!!!

I'm months out and have the same issue. One side is much fuller at the bottom and the breast is very round and the other side the implant is a little higher up so it looks like they are two VERY different sizes.

I too went through the same thing and still am. My PS said it want necessary but I guess getting a breast augmentation like magnifies the issue so chances are it will need to be corrected. I know I am getting mine fixed in the spring as soon as I heal from my last revision. It so annoying when this happens unfortunately. Goodluck

its good to know other girls have the same issue. Since I am only a week out, I hope it kind of corrects itself, because I really don't want a redo. I'm kind of mad because its like I didn't pay 6000 for lopsided boobs!! Is your PS gonna charge you for the redo?

hopefully if I need a redo my PS won't charge. Do you know if its common to have uneven boobs right after surgery? If my fiance says its really noticeable than I know its just not me!!

It may be swelling. You will have to pay for anesthesia and a new implant if you need it most likely.

It is common to have uneven-sized boobs right after surgery. Each side was a separate surgery and they aren't going to heal at the same rate. You said your left side was smaller to start with, so it probably took more effort on your surgeon's part to fit the same size implant as fit in the right side. So more trauma to the left breast which means it will probably take longer to drop and fluff into the size it's going to be. Try not to worry yet! You are so early...... give it more time.

Yeah like for all you know your one boob was difficult and required more work so it could be more swollen or the muscle is really tense in the little one. You have to give it the 3 months but if withing that time frame its still not looking so good then talke to your PS. I suggest taking pics and updating them once every 2 weeks and even ask girls on here to look at them, I know I do that and realized my assymetry has gotten better but I still need a 2nd revision I really hope they even out!!! Goodluck hun

hi there! Sorry to hear you are having a hard time

I also had one side hanging lower one side smaller than the other- At first we were going accept it and have the same size put in both, but right before the surgery we talked again, and I wanted to address the issue. So we decided to put 375 cc L and 400ccR to deal with the imbalance...

I was very pleased that it corrected the problem. I had mentor smooth round hp cohesive gel partially under the muscle.

I did have a hematoma so ended up having the smaller side bigger for a while ( I am on day 15 today).. One side is starting to drop a little quicker than the other but not to obvious..

Send me a fr and you can see the results..
