Hey girls

I have recently lost 42lbs in weight and whilst I am delighted with my new shape my breasts were left saggy, small and the left much bigger than the right. I was also unhappy with my bags under my eyes.

I chose my PS following recommendations from my beauty therapist. I met Mr Russo on 26 March 07, he is a fantastic PS and also a very sexy italian man. He informed me that I would be a good candidate for eye lifts and that I would need a lift and BA. I was concerned about the amount of scarring from lifts but he said that he could do a benelli lift and limit the scars to the nipple area. He suggested that I have 300cc silicone unders. Surgery was booked for 17 May 07.

The night before surgery I did not sleep and arrived at the hospital at 12 noon. I was taken to my private room and the nurse came to do my obs. Mr Russo came in to mark me up for surgery and I asked if I could go a little bigger (did not want to get boobie greed) he said yes to 340cc. The anesthetist came to see me and then it was off to the theatre. I was so excited and the nurses were just so kind. They put the IV in and then I was off to sleep. The next thing I remember was waking up back in my room and I had an icepack on my eyes, I asked what time it was and it was 18.30. I was in theatre for 3 hours. My breasts felt heavy but not sore. I slept for the next couple of hours but then needed the bathroom, when I sat on the loo I felt so sick. The nurses gave me 3 different kinds of meds to stop the sickness but it did not go away until about 04.00 the next day. I had been looking forward to seeing my new girls so much, but I was so tired I did not really look at them until the next morning. The nurses were visiting me all through the night, checking my BP changing my icepacks and offering me drinks of water. They were angels!! The next morning Mr Russo came to see me and said everything had gone well but he explained that he had put a 340 cc in my left breast and a 380cc in my right to even up the size. He gave me a kiss on my cheek and said he would see me in 4 weeks time. Then the nurses got me ready to go home. My husband picked me up at 10.00am and we went home. I went straight to bed and put my icepack on. I was given antibiotics and painkillers and told to take arnica and use arnica cream on my bruises. I had bruised under my breasts and they were hard and swollen but I loved it because they did not sag and they were the same size. My eyes were real sore and on Sunday I thought Oh god why have I done this but the next day I was feeling better. I had the stitches out of my eyes yesterday and the nurse changed the dressings on my breasts. I was real nervous about looking at the incisions because I know they can look nasty. They were not pretty but the nurse said they looked fine with no infections. She said to be patient and that it would take at least 3 months for them to flatten out and look normal again. I have to go back in one weeks time and then she will remove my stitches. Then I can have a shower hurray. I am going to go back to work on Tuesday and can't wait for the reaction!! I am so pleased that I have had the surgery even though it is painfull. I went out a bought a new bikini which I am wearing in my signature picture and it was great to buy a large top. Before my BA I was a saggy 36B now I am a full and firm 36DD. My eyes look great, still bruised but the bags have gone and I have also had botox, dermal fillers, new crown and teeth whitened (in the 3 weeks prior to surgery) my bank balance is a lot lighter but hey you only live once. I look and feel better than I did 10 years ago and just wish I had not wasted so much of my life being fat and unhappy. My 13 year old daughter has been my rock, she looked after me so well when I came home from hospital. She came with me yesterday and watched when the nurse took out my eye sutures. When I said OMG about my nipple scars she was so reassuring and said its ok mum they will be fine. I am so lucky to have her.

So thats my story so far, no regrets just can't wait to get out of the sports bra and into some pretty bras. I also can't wait to get back into the gym because I am missing it so bad.

Thankyou juicy. I hope your BA goes well and you have a positive experience. Remember to take good care of yourself and don't expect too much too soon.
