Hi Ria,

I loved reading your notes... thanks for being so descriptive. I'm booked in for my BA later this month with Dr Mayson also in Sydney. I'm very excited but nervous. One minute I'm counting down the days and the next I'm questioning if I'm doing the right thing...

I'm curious, please post if you end up getting a return from Medicare.... I don't think Dr Mayson's office send the tax invoice with the Medicare forms because its cosmetic... but in saying that I have a friend who 4 years ago got $2000 back...(from a PS in Newcastle) ended up paying $5000 for her fabulous jigglers...lol (not fair, I wont be lucky enough to get any back)
