I haven't posted here much, just read and learned so much. I am so greatful I found this site. I had my BA Yesterday. Everything went really well. Surgery was at 8:00 am and I was home by 1:30 pm. I got silicone unders, under the crease. She tried to us 300cc's, but after, she said that because I am so small, the 300's gave me too much side boob, so she ended up using 286 cc's. She said I will be really happy with the rusult. I have a big comfy recliner that makes sleeping and lounging pretty good. I am pretty stiff and sore, but not much actual pain. I stay on top of my pain meds and things are going much better than I expected. I took a short walk yesterday evening with my DH. He is taking such good care of me. I have the lovely, very snug surgical bra, so I haven't seen my new girls yet. I can shower tomorrow, so I will get to see them. I know there is a lot of swelling, but that's to be expected. Anyway, Thanks for posting so much good info. I really feel like I went into this well prepared.

Congratulations and welcome to boobie land.

I too did not start posting until after my BA....reading and posting on this website has helped me so much throughout this period of "uncertainty". You'll also probably find that during the next few days of healing (difficult) period, keeping preoccupied on this website will channel your focus away from the pain and soreness...anyways, take care and enjoy your new boobs!

That's terrific that you are not in much pain. Don't over do, get lots of rest sweetie. It was so good to read that this forum helped you go in well prepared.
