Well, I can't believe I did it! THe big day was Dec 20th! My husband and son dropped me off at 7:05. The nurse greeted me, had me change, put on the surgical stockings and weighed me. She started the IV but said we would wait on the doctor to start the "good stuff" He came in said they would wheel me into the room in about thirty minutes. I then woke up and home.[ That is right, don't remember ANYTHING!.] I did well, slept quite a bit, have not had to take any of the pain meds yet. At my post visit today, they said everything looks great and I will have to go back on Thursday to remove the stitches and learn the massage techinques. [Had to go with smooths]] That is ok, hubby is looking forward to helping.

Appetite is good, I am swollen and they said it would move down to my belly.

BTW they said no BRA unless I feel I should wear one to work. [Yeah, I work with 90% men, I think a Bra is a good idea] I do have to wear the strap thing two hours , three times a day. Sorry so boring but hope it eases any concerns those who are up next might have.

Looks like a 34 D at this time.

Congrats! I didn't think this was "boring" at all. Uneventful, maybe, and that is great when it comes to surgeries.

YAY I'm so glad that it's going well ~ no pain meds??? WOW you're a freakin' TROOPER

...I know I'll be taking them every chance I get lol ~ keep us posted
