Sherron's BA story 9 days later.

Didn't plan on it taking me so long to get my story posted. I would get busy doing a couple of things that had to get done, get online and read some posts, thinking I'd then tell my story AND then I'd be too worn out! LOL

Anyway, here it is.
On Jan 18th, my appt. was not until 1pm with a 11am check-in. Surprisingly, I slept well the night before, didn't feel nervous. I ate and drank really late the night before, hoping I wouldn't be hungry or thirsty since my BA was later. That didn't help. I was SO hungry but mostly THIRSTY! I had an hour drive to the medical center. Still not nervous. Then when I got to the medical center and checked in and had to sit there WAITING, I started getting nervous. They called me to fill out papers. I turned them in. WAITED some more. Then I got to register. WAITED again. They called a Sharon- was not for me, darn it! Finally they called ME I went back they took all my stats I changed into my gown. They took me to my bed. My nurse was so nice and she had a young student observing. They covered me with warmed up blankets . She checked me over, kept saying how young and healthy I was (I totally appreciated that). Looked at my tummy, said how nice and flat it was (appreciated that too). She had wrapped my arm with a warm blanket to help my veins not be so constricted- so the IV needle goes in easier. But first she put some numbing stuff there so it didn't hurt. She was the best!

In came the anesthesiologist, to say hello and check things over. My PS came in and took over to do his markings. He asked again what size i wanted again. I said 350cc or whatever will give me a full C or small D. OK. The anesthesiologist comes back says to give hugs and kisses goodbye to my DH. They wheel me off I start feeling groggy already ( I guess from something else they gave me. I get into the OR, they have me scoot over to the other table. The anesthesiologist says to me "time for vacation, where do you want to go?" I say "thailand", he asks "have you been there before?" I say "yes" he says "awesome" (he was cute, I hope he went with me to thailand, lol) That's the last thing I remember.

Next I woke up in the recovery room. The guy next to me was whiney gay guy. He kept complaining and I couldn't help but laugh. A lot of the rest is foggy and patchy. I think I remember them giving me some cracker and water to have with a pain pill. I was wrapped really tight and could not tell that I had much more to me. The nurse that was helping me get my clothes on was a young male. He brought my bag of clothes, and says I'll let you get your bra on. And I said "I better never be needing that again". Then he realized " oh yeah". He wheeled me out to the car. We had a 1 hour drive home. I dozed in and out. I was fine.

I felt pretty good days 1 and 2. Kept up with my pain pills. Slept a lot. Thought the recliner was great- the 1st few days anyway. Day 3 was rough. I'm not sure if this is why, but my husband forgot to give me my antibiotic that day. Started to get a low fever and feel nauseous. Everytime I'd ask for a cracker to take with meds, he'd argue with me that I did not need to eat food with it. AAARRRGG!.
My MIL took my 3 yr old home with her. Thank God! He was being ornery, and did not want to be gentle with me.
I cried day 3 thinking I really didn't get enough boobage. Wasn't even sure what cc's my PS put in.
I had my post op check on day 4 felt good. AND the girls looked awesome. He ended up only putting in 325 cc not sure why. I have not seen him yet. I see him tues. But I'm very happy with every thing

Sounds like you had a smooth surgery and first couple days pre-op. Congrats! I'm sure your boobies look awesome and just right for your build. Keep us posted!

sounds like it went awesome sherron. i hear ya about day 3 - i felt the same way!! (actually thought it was because of my antibiotic tho)
BUT we made it thru...let us know how post op goes!

He is awesome. He is professional, ethical. I think it is like an art to him. He does like them to look more natural and do what will look best on your frame. I'm very happy with my results. Maybe I will get pics up someday!
