Twins4me - my FTT, BA and Lipo story!
I'm finally able to be coherent enough to write my story down. I should probably do it while I still remember alot of it!
My surgery story starts many years ago - just for the fact that I used to be so heavy (more than 300 pounds). I've had a type of weight loss surgery and also given birth to twins, so my tummy was in serious need of help! Oh, and my boobs were terribly deflated. I finally decided to proceed (funds were the big issue) and, being between jobs (I'm a police officer) it was the perfect time to have surgery and to take the time to heal. Anyway, I got my surgery date set up, and had really only intended on getting small C cups. I had very empty B cups before surgery. I assumed 300 CC's would be filling for me. The day of surgery, I went in at 7am. Was really easy enough that morning. The staff at the hospital were GREAT. They gave me some numbing stuff where they'd do my IV and that was painless. In the past, I'd had 16 attempts for one surgery to have an IV, so understand that this IV thing was a HUGE step of the process for me. HATED even thinking about it. I was wheeled into the surgery area and really, before I even knew it, I was sleeping. I don't even remember post-op really. Just that it was going to be 5:30 pm that I got to my room. I don't know why that stuck out to me, just was a milestone, I guess, that was concrete that I could cling to. Go to my room and couldn't even stay awake. Was on Dilaudid (sp???) and that made me VERY happy. Kept my catheter in (the nurse gave me the choice and I was all too happy to choose when I wanted to get up, not let my bladder choose, thank you very much!!) I was in a great mood and felt fantastic all night. I was just hungry. Very hungry. Had only minor bouts of nausea, but that was over soon enough after I got something in my tummy. Jello sat really well in my tummy, FWIW.The doctor had done a full tummy tuck along with Lipo in three different areas. I was able to feel that my hips and saddle bags were tender, so I was really pleased he was able to lipo those areas (he didn't even charge extra for it!!!). I can already tell a difference and I'm only a few days post-op. I'm swollen now, and my boobs are really high, but he was able to put in 500 CC's, and they look fantastic. I went with Silicone because I didn't have that much boob beforehand and I wanted them to feel real. I don't mind following up with MRI's after. It doesn't make me nervous. Ok, that's where I am now. VERY pleased I did this - waiting to see my full results, knowing I won't ever have the perfect body still, but knowing that with as much as I work out and having this bit of "work" done on my body, it will still look pretty damn fantastic. Thanks for reading my novel!!! Sherri ![]() 5'4" 145 lbs Pre BA 34B (empty) Post BA Possibly 36D. 500CC's partial unders - silicones

Holy moley Sherri - you look HOT!!! Are you sure that you JUST had surgery a couple days ago?? You already look like your 1-year After pictures!!! The boobie size is PERFECT, and your tummy is nice and flat. OK, I'm jealous. And I don't see any drains in your photos...where are they? How in the world are you able to stand up so straight? I'm still bent over like a lil ole lady!!
That's funny what you said about the IV thing being a stressor. I've had the same problem where they couldn't find the vein and they had to poke me a million times. I'm glad you didn't have to go through that this time. You look AWESOME GIRL!!!! I'm SO happy for you!

Thanks for the wonderful replies, ladies! I can't tell you how good it feels to hear your comments. I feel great. I can't believe how perfect the size is, either!
My waist/hips are soooo swollen though, I usually have a tiny waist (not so tiny butt, lol) but I'm just waiting to poop (still, haha) and for the swelling to go down then I'm sure i'll get back down to what I'm used to. I can already see how flat my tummy is going to be. It's just phenomenal. Anyway, I talked to my sister last night and my mom told her I had surgery ( I hadn't even told my mom till two days after I had it done, didn't want anyone to worry) and I told my sis I was going to send her a picture message with a new pic of me - she was like totally offended and told me no! I told her it would be with clothes on, duh, but she was so taken aback. I never sent her one. Here she is, 42, always always been thin, homecoming queen, track star in high school, very very beautiful (]ve always been the band geek and overweight, she has no reason to be jealous of me) and she doesn't even want to see my after pics. I have to share my pics and get feedback from you guys - not my real flesh and blood sister. Anyway, just watned to reinforce to you how VERY much I appreciate your support and kind words. Means more to me than you know. Gotta run. Am hoping the percoset has kicked in. I haven't been outta bed for like 9 hours now - gotta pee. Slept sooooo soundly all night! Is taht normal??? I wake up and don't even realize I've had surgery! I guess I just never expected to feel so normal after the fact. I always have been a back sleeper though, so this is fine for me. ![]() Sherri |

I agree with the others, you don't look like you are in recovery! You like like you had this done some time ago! You go girl. BTW, where are your drains and compression garments?
It's funny how different cc's look on different people. Your boobies look great, you wear them well. They look very natural and pretty. Keep us posted on how it goes! |

THanks! My drains are down at my c-section scar area, I was able to position them around in the pic so you couldn't see them. i have a bra I'm wearing for support, took it off for my shower (doc said I could) and took the pics then. Don't have any other compression garments. Doc says the fresh air will help the would heal.
My tummy is usually littler, but it is soooo flat now! The swelling will go down soon enough I'm sure and my waist will look like a waist again. My avatar pic is so wide on my waist. I'm not usually that wide there! Heehee Oh well. Everyday will be different I'm sure. I feel awesome and have really good mobility. I'm going to have my hubby take more pics tonight so I will be able to see the difference night to night.Sherri

I'm sorry your sister reacted like that. :-/ It's so hard to have something so wonderful and have no one to talk to. My hubby loves it. But... it's not the same.
