Hey everyone....well here it is. I cannot beleive I am finally here! My DH and I got to the hospital at 9 like hospital told me too. They didnt take me in until 920......kissed DH goodbye. The nurse Jane (thought of jane on here) asked me some ?s then I peed on a stick. I started to ball because I was so scared...(i know shocking). I go to a holding area where the PS took my pictures and was drawing on me. A nurse named told me "make sure you tell him you dont want to be too big, he will go huge if you dont tell him". So, I said heyyyyyyy Dr I dont want porno star boobs, he was like I know you dont, dont worry. So then this psycho anethis. comes over and was like what time were you supposed to be here? I said 9. He was like who told you that, you are late and you are holding up all the cases......so (normally I wouldve said F_off I was on time loser) but I started to cry again. My BP was thru the roof so they gave me some valium. I was in the or at 10:10. I said to a different anest(they didnt give me the mean one, I think he got in trouble, Jane was yelling at him telling him was making me upset) this one was cute.....said take a deep breathe.....and I did, I said dr I am still totally awake, he said take another deep breathe for me.......yup that was it.
So I woke up in the recovery room, I cannot even tell you what it looked like. I opened my eyes and saw a clock and it was 1:30!!! I was like why did it take so long!!!!!! They said you have been in here for an hour.......but then I heard my dr. say, it did take long and he was calling my DH. He then came over to me and said that my chest wall is very wide and muscular and took way longer than he expected.
So they moved me to a room....and i said dont I have to switch beds? they said you already did..........OK dont remember that either. So I look down and I was like holy mother of god........I WAS wrapped with soooooooo much gauze and padding. I looked like I had a catchers chest pad on so I couldnt tell what they looked like

they put me in room with a woman who had dimentia....and had her leg amputated.......the poor thing, but she was screaming and hallucinating....so that worked to my benefit, I ended up getting my own room. I had some visitors last night, my friend is like you are going to be LARGE......I was like I dont know there is alot of padding. I did not sleep all night.......I finally asked for a sleeping pill at 12 and I slept probably 3 hours. The pain is tolerable.......hard to get up can feel the burn of the incision.
Okay so today my amazing PS comes in..along with every nurse on the floor. He cuts the bandages off and I closed my eyes......the nurses were like wow...my dr is yelling at other nurses outside my room to come in, I opened my eyes, they are amazing. perfect, nice smooth slope, no baseball. I got 490 in one 525 in the other, they are symentrical......they are awesome. worth all the pain, aggravation, wait and money!!! I highly recommend my dr...he is freaking amazing. I cannot beleive how real my taataas look.

OH I forgot the worst part........when they put the tube down my throat I must have fought it....or something because I BIT my upper lip soooooooooo bad I have HUGE bump on the inside of my lip....I can feel where my tooth bit into it....it kills.

So to all my amazing friends..........that is it, and thank you because there is NO way I couldve done this without you!! I just pray it continues to go well. I have drains and I will get them out on Monday.....they are gross but hideable

Yay! It's kind of a miracle it all worked out so well considering what you put up with this week. And you got some great boobs out of it! What could be better?? Thanks for sharing and happy healing

You have been through so much...even up to the last minute and you not only survived, but now have what you wanted so badly. I am so happy for you! I was thinking about you during the time that you had your surgery and praying that everything would go well.
Thank goodness for the nurse who told the anesthetist he was being a jerk. I love it when nurses aren't afraid to speak up for their patients...sounds like you were in very good hands.
I hope you are able to sleep well tonight now that you are back home and safe.

That is quite a story!! Congragulations for making it over to the "boobieside".. I know how scared you were, and how anxious over all the other ps being sick stuff..I am so happy for you it is all over..I am sure you will have a smooth recovery, and keep letting us know how it goes for you.
I too, was thinking of you on your surgery day, and its just unbelievable how we go from being scared to death.. to back home with huge tataa's.. sounds like your ps did a fantastic job.. and you wont be having any booby greed!

I'm soooo glad you got through it just fine! Now we can heal together and relate to each others aches and pains! I'm so beyond happy for you, especially after the rollercoaster of emotions you had to deal with beforehand.
