I ot more than Expected! WOO WOO!

Hi ladies!

I DID it! I am in boobie-ville!

I was very calm wedensday morning, feeling very positive. My hubby on the other hand was a nervous wreck. I did my best to keep him calm. What a sweetie!

I went in 15 minutes early, was supposed to be there at 6 30. I took a valuim the night before but it didn't help much. I was wide awake and ready to go!

The anisthesiologist was the first to greet me. He explained everthing he was going to do in great detail, and he was to give me five types of anti nausea medicine. He also took me to a changing room, had me put on a gown, leave my panties and socks on, put on the green socks, and the green hood thing.
when I came out of the changing room, he wrapped me in a nice warm blanket, It was sooo nice! He proceded to place the the IV in, first numbing my skin. He was so gentle, and I watced him place the IV needle into my skin, while my poor hubby was squirming, and looking away. He place the anti nuesea medication in, then he also put in something called versed, to help relax me. I jokingly told him that my husand might need it more than I did! LOL.

Then my PS came in and I talked to him aout going larger than what we had origionally talked about, if my anotomy could allow it. So he said he had origionally, put in that we may go to with 375 to 390 cc....i tod him 400 would be great with me. I was so excited and happy at this point...not scared at all!

The after talking with the PS, my anisthesiologist waked me to the operatioing room, and he administered an oxegen mask, while 2 nurses place the compression stockings on my legs, andheaing pads on my arms...then the anisthesiologist place something in my IV and I was out.

Then I woke up, and my ubby was looking sown at me....and I jokingly tod him, who are you!? and i felt the tightness on my chest, I was really groggy, and slightly nauseated. They let me sleep a bit longer, then I had to suck it up and get dressed. I was handed a diet 7UP for the nausea, which helped, and they put me in the wheel chair. I was still so groggy i couldn't hold my soda and it slipped out of my hand...WHOOPS! Hubby help me into the truck,
and it was a short drive back to the hotel. I will be staying here in Albuquerque until my first pre op, on friday (its thursday now).
My DH is tking such good care of me....he empties my drains...he's logging my meds....he is spoon feeding me. I love that man!
Thanks all you ladies for all your support and information. It helped me to make an informed desision, and a happy one!

OH yeah! I am a happy owner of 420 CC boobies, YAY!

Congrats! You should tell your husband to write a "Hubby's Guide to Your Wife's BA" book for men! He sounds like a keeper!
