Well I've been home for 1 day now. The surgery went well. The locals and nerve blocks are wearing off some so more relying on the Percocet. Covered in surgical tape as well so I can't move so well. The Percocet is awesome as well but I hate the drugged up feeling and wanting to fall asleep sitting up.
The nurses were a blast. I think I had every nurse on the floor helping me at once! Felt special. They had a hard time finding a good vein for the IV and when they did find it, I squirted all over the nurse. Got on me, the floor, the bed, her shirt, and... her face. Eep! The breasts look great. They're symmetric, soft, no real side boob, and look natural. Only complaint I have is that they are way too big. I'm hoping it's just from the swelling. They were only supposed to be a mid-C but I can fill a full D bra. He's having me wear my sports bra on top of my breasts to help push them down. I hopefully get my drains out from my breasts on Monday. But I can lift my arms over my head with no pain and such so those are doing good.My FTT and MR are a different story. I can tell where they did the MR and it's so very sore. The deep breathing exercises he made me practice for weeks before the surgery are really helping though. I'm taped up from side to side so moving is very difficult. The flank and hips where he did lipo on started bleeding so my momma had to put bandaids on those. My thighs look great where he lifted from the TT. Not as saggy as they were. He took away my "muffin top" and omg he lifted and tightened my va-jay-jay area from the FTT. I was not expecting that! I went to use the restroom and was hey, that's a lot higher than what it used to be! ![]() My ex is just being awesome. Since I can't lay down or get up on my own, he's basically lifting me everytime I need to get up and down. I really couldn't have been doing this without both my momma and ex here. It would be impossible. Overall doing well! |

Congratulations! I'm so glad everything went well. Take it as easy as you can this first week....you will have good days and bad days, but it will ALL be worth it!
Happy healing! PS -- funny about the squirting vein and lifted va-jay-jay! It's great that you have a sense of humor just 1 day post-op! (you're doing way better than I did!)
