So friday morning was my surgery. I drove home from school the night before (4 hour drive), took a valium to go to bed but didn't fall asleep till 2:30 and had to be up by 4:30 to leave by 5:15

I was much calmer than I thoght in the morning...then once we were in the waiting room the nerves came back so i took another valium but it didn't seem to help. I met all the amazing staff, had my Dr. draw on me, said goodbye to my parents and sister and then went into the OR

It went so fast..i got a little nervous seeing the actual room and tools an imagining what would be going on while I was under (also very petrified I would wake up) and the anestesthologist came over and said okay we're going to the airport now where do you want to go, and i said already? i had litterally been in there for a second, so I said Syndey, Australia because i studied abroad there last year and miss it like crazy, and then that was it. No arm tingling, no contdown, no, nothing. I woke up in recovery with fuzzy memories of what was said but boy was I in pain..so they gave me morphine which hardly helped, valium which hardly helped, and percocet which atleast made me tired. Constantly icing my breasts made a hugeee differene though. Im not to sore on my front but my sides, where the implant nears the armpit are killing me.

This morning was better, i could move around and almost stand up by myself but then i threw up 4 times later in the day which was miserable.. Having to gag and feel the throwup comes up killlllllls new boobies, ouch. We think it was from the percocet so unfortunately i'll be switching to extra strenght tylenol even though this was only day 2

Oh and they look amazing already...so symetrical in size and shape. I had been nervous that 533(L) and 575(R) was going to be freakin huge and make me a G but the Dr. was right...because of my build, it looks like I'm going to get my medium/full C. My Doctor seriously did amazing work on me

Ugh i couldn't be happier now...i keep saying it in my head "I have breast implants" where for years it was "I want breast implants"

Well, thank you girsl for your support. Had I not found this community I would have been so confused and had a bagillion questions. This site and all of you are truely amazing!

Oh, btw, I had called Dr. Berlet's office on friday to ask some questions, he called me back Friday evening and I was about to say "Hey, you just operated on one of my boobie friends" (which is what I so lovingly call all of you on JBI to my DH)! Then I realized how absolutely ridiculous I would have sounded to him! LOL

Anyhoo, take care girl and I loved to hear how your coming along these next few days/weeks. (Big hug!)

I'm SO glad your BA went well and that you're happy with the size!! I also got very nauseous and ended up throwing up at day 3 (I think). And I also believed it was the Percocet. Unfortunately, I had to stay on it b/c I was in a lot of pain for a few days. Try eating some toast to keep food in your stomach. Also, a little bit of pepto helped a TON.

You must've had the same anesthesiologist because mine said something like that... except I think he said something like, "okay, I'm sending you on a taxi ride now..."

Congrats on getting the boobies you've always wanted!!!

Thanks everyone! Yesterday I couldn't deal with just the tylenol anymore so I went back on the percocet with more food first ( I guess 2 saltines wasn't enough haha) and kept it down. My boobs are less sore, I'm sleeping better,and I even tried on my first "revealing"top. Gosh life with is going to be amazing haha
