From a B to a DD/E

WOW its one day after surgey and i feel sooooo good with my new baby's
I have a lot of pain now like i have been run over by a big truck, the scars hurt a bit and the place where the drains where hurt also.......But all in all it was wurth it!!!!!!!

I cant type too much but just wanted to let everybody know the surgery went really good, still cant believe i did it.....after so many years of only thinking about it and getting the best info availble i did it amazing!!!!!!!

I was a B and sometimes 1 week before my period i got a small C, now i am swollen up i fit a Esize bra, but i think after the swelling they will end up in a DD

The hospital was really an amazing experience i was never in surgery in my life so i was sooooo nervous....But they where so nice in the hospital!!!!! the nurses told me i woke up with a big smile on my face
Not to risk any infection i am taking now for 10days heavy antibiotica and paracetamol 1000mg for the pain.....

I was just wondering: I have overs and somewhere i read that they will stay how they are now, so no dropping and fluffing, but will they sag a bit????? they are not even that high but they are really standing like 2 green watermelons lol i know its only 4 days since surgery but i am just getting scared

Any girls here with round overs??????? Will they look a bit more natural by time?????

Mine changed quite significantly in the period of a couple months. They get A LOT softer, more natural looking/feeling. At around 3 months you're probably seeing your final result.

Another question: Doc said to me i can shower, well i showered the rest of my body for these days but not my boobs because i am scared of getting water on them, when do you girls start to shower normal???? My scars are still kinda open and i dont want to risk any infection what so ever, also the little holes of where the drains where are still kind of open......

Hi girls

8 months since surgery and i am doing fine..... They started to sag a bit after a few months, still not saggy enough but my taste is 'big saggy naturals' so anyway i will never get that look....

They do feel soft, but because they are overs i do feel the silicone side sometimes a little bit, but nothing to get all fussy about

All in all i am still very happy with them.....

I added a few pics in my album, soon i will add some more!!!!!

The reactions of people who i allready knew before breast augmentation are all very good and they LOVE my twins, they think this size and shape looks amazing!!!!!!!

The reactions of people (in the topless clubs i work) who meet me after breast augmentation are even better! Everyone asking me where i had my surgery, wich doc etc etc, Most of them think they are huge but still in proportion......Most guess a D/DD...........Only 1 photographer thought i had C.......

Now my opinion:
I really want BIG ones, a little bit out of proportion big...... Now in my opinion they are big but still in proportion so i really think in a few years i would like to go bigger and hope i can have the look what i really want : Tera Patrick....
But for now i am happy with the size maybe after i have children i am going for a second breast augmentation........
I have now size 75D, and i think along with a lot of other people i also look like a full D............Please give me your opinions????

The shape:
The BA really did not change the shape of my breasts at all, that is a very good point, since i want the saggy look! But on the other hand: my breasts before where very teardrop bit saggy shape, i did a few topless/naked photoshoots after BA and on some of the pics they look really way to round(if i do poses with my arms very wide from each other) and on some pics they look as my breasts before BA but much bigger (if i do more 'natural' poses with my arms normal or close to my body), from the side doesnt matter how i place my arms they still dont have that teardrop shape i want, but i am still hoping that they will sag a bit more For a second BA i would like to get the teardrop shape silicone to get a more saggy look......again the 'Tera Patrick' look......
My breasts before BA where not close to each other, the gap always was around 6cm between them so after BA its still around 6cm but because they are bigger its a bit more obvious........I dont know how they can change that if i go for a second BA ??????? maybe wider implants???

It looks like with all these details i am complaining and dont like them but please dont get me wrong as i said ALL in ALL i am VERY happy with my BA, and those minor details are just details and my honest detailed opinion about my BA.....
You have to understand that i am bi and i am a sucker for BIG HUGE saggy NATURAL breasts so its only logical that i have some minor complaints because that look is i think impossible to get from B size to well lets say G size.. So for now my dream look is Tera Patrick what i hope is realistic too achieve in time, and not the HUGE natural pornstar 'Brandy Taylor' who i addore!
Stupid of me that i compare myself to lady's with a small frame AND huge i mean huge big naturals!!!!! thats just a unrealistic comperence... Whats the funny part the few very very lucky ones i met during work who got those huge naturals from G-d want to have what i got.... Amazing...........I think we all like and want what we dont have
But if i realisticly compare by breasts with a lot of my co-workers who also done BA's in the topless/naked clubs i dance i AM VERY VERY VERY happy and i think they even look perfect

The positive details:
They became very very soft, much more softer then i could ever imagine!!!!!

I kept ALL my feelings, the BA did not brake any senses i always had, its really my ero zone area and its even more sensitive now, i was soooooo afraid of that part because i know lot of girls who dont feel anything anymore after BA, so i am really HAPPY i feel every touch and its still my ero zone.

Before the BA my breasts grow 1/1,5 size bigger 1 week before my period every month! Dont know why but its like my (dont know how to write it in english) 'cells' swollen up....I still have that every month AFTER BA!!!!!! Am very happy about that!!!!

I love the way they look naked!!!! Was very importent for me privatly but also very importent for my work!!! Because they are so soft i can make them look even bigger and nicer also naked.

The BA really increased my earnings double!!!! Offcourse because they are bigger but my selfesteem is also bigger and that gives out a positive sexy confident charisma = more money.

They look great in ALL type and shapes of bra's and bikinis!!!!!!!

All in all they make me smile

The only little downpart i have is that i am a tummy sleeper.....at the moment i am working in diffrent clubs and countries through Europe and the beds i sleep are not always that soft as home so sideways is even sometimes a bit uncomfartable.......Its not a big isshue tough! I heard a waterbed does mirracles even for tummysleepers after BA.
