Ok Details .. this could take a while.

Before I had my children I had ample breasts, althought not the biggest they were 'full' ... 20 years ago after my 1st son they became some what deflated, 18 years ago after 2nd, even more deflated .. 34/36C on a good day most days filling a B & to make them look good the scaffolding had to be fantastic! The sweets were gone it was just the wrappers that were left.

I always wanted the figure back that I had & have had many people as I got closer to 40 telling me that I didnt look it & constantly didnt feel it unless I saw myself nekid, I live in the UK & thought OK will see just how much will cost me to get back what having kids took away ... BOY was I in for a shock £6000!

So that was it plans on the shelf, then a friend of mine suggested that I go overseas to have it done, so I started to look round at all sorts of places, another friend of mine had had hers done in Tunisia so that was coming top I emailed the clinic she had been in & got quote for how much would cost, almost dropped dead when he said £1820 & that included 11 nights here, 5 in the clinic & 6 all inc in a hotel nearby but I had to get my own flight .. that ment total cost £2220, well my bonus came in from work so ....

I hit 40 on April 16th & flew out April 17th, was met at airport by clinic staff & taken straight here, shown to a lovely room & as it was dinner time asked if I wanted something to eat, within 30 mins my Surgeon Dr Smida was sat talking to me about what I was looking for & telling me what he hoped to achieve from the pics I had sent before hand I had a bra with mme that I showed I wanted to fit into post BA & was informed someone would be with me in the morning with different 'sizes' for me to try.

Morning of the 18th 7am, I showered with the lovely Iodine stuff they give you & the surgeons assistant arrived with an assortment of sizes for me to try inside my bra, this I did & remembering what was said about them looking smaller went for the #5 ... 300CC this would give me full 36DD, then everything went so fast a trolly was wheeled in & the Nurse attending introduced herself, I was asked to lay down so they could insert the needle to my hand, I remember being told I had a lovely vein & the next news I was back in the room with a tight feeling across my chest being told it was all over & I would be happy with results.

For 1st couple of days all went well, day 3 I felt pain in my right breast ok so nothing to worry about I have just had 2 bags stuffed up my chest wall I thought however day 4 8am the pain was so bad I was close to telling them to take the implants out, at which point I was told off by my surgeon for not mentioning the pain sooner & rushed for an ultrasound by 12 noon I was back in the theater as I had developed a 3cm hematoma near the insision point, this was drained & by 2pm I was back in the room being advised that it was just fluids no blood & that the preassure was what was hurting, thereafter for following 3 days I have had ultrasounds every 6 hours but feel GRRRRRRRRRRRREAT there is no signs of anything else happening & the pain is almost all gone.

I was asked if I minded staying at the clinic for my whole stay so that they could keep the scans up & I said I wouldnt ... I am due to fly home on Monday, have been told if I want to spend my last 3 days at the hotel I can do but have decided to stay here, cannot be bothered packing bag for 3 days especially when I have to be careful that the twins dont get sunburnt plus the staff here at polyclinique el menzah are fantastic.

Its the best birtday gift to myself I have ever had & feel that I finally have back what having children took away from me ... Thank you to Dr Smida & all his staff xxx

i paid £2220 for it & that includes flights & 12 days there,, at todays rates thats about $4433 i was quoted £6000 for surgery in the UK $11900 US ish
