redo to go larger - got it!
Got my redo to go larger, ended up with 680cc HP (don't know all details about it yet, overfill & such) not in any pain, have drains in, nothing to it really, just empty them & keep em clean, sent me home without surgical bra this time - yeah! Will be on keflex until drains come out about 5 days or so. Just resting now, haven't tried any bras on yet, might put on a sports bra today, everythings going good so far, will post more later.

Great question. Oh I have pictures of the JP drains in my yahoo group if it helps anyone.
My PS said because he left the scar capsule intact and only put slits in it to accomodate the new size, the capsule would tend to hold serous fluid and it wouldn't be reabsorbed into my tissue like it would be on a fresh BA. The drains don't hurt at all, they are just more of a nuissance than anything. |
