I am finally in Boobieville

Well I guess I will start with the night before, I took a sleeping pill at 9pm so I could sleep to be at my doctors at 8am, I woke up wide awake at 1:30 in the morning, I tossed and turned I think I was just way to excited! I took a Valium and that put me back to sleep. I woke up at 7:15 showered shaved everything and got ready to go with my shorts and zip up sweater. (I cheated and put on a little lotion on my face)

I arrived at the office a little early, my fiance and I were sitting in the waiting room, they came out and told me to say goodbye, I almost freaked I thought he could at least me with me until I was going under. I took a deep breath told him I loved him, the nurse led me into a bathroom told me to empty my bladder one last time, and put on the hat, booties and gown, put all my clothes in the locker and bring out the key. Well stupid me put on the gown backwards, were the opening was in the back, the nurse just turned me around and told me to turn it around.

She then led me into the operating room, took my blood pressure and had me lay down on the bed, then she turned on eminem!! I was shocked! She put the iv in and I didnt feel anything (mind you I didnt go all the way under, I choose to do the twilight sleep), after that was finished she told me she was going to dim the lights. She turned off the room lights but left the surgery lights on that are right above you, I swear the lights were flipping like dolphins, the next thing I remember is waking up right when they were done and I was saying how hot I was, and then I woke up again in the recovery room.

I dont remember how I got dressed, but the nurse kept coming over and asking how I was doing. everything I told her I was feeling she took care of, thursty- she brought be ice chips, pain- she gave me meds.

I talked to my nurse today and she told me that I kept taking my hat off and she kept putting it back on, and I would just take it off again, I guess she ended up telling me that if she had to wear one so did I, and I guess I looked at her and told her NO!!!!!

lol, about 11:45 I was released to come home and remember being in some pain but I slept most the day, i didnt sleep very well at night, but I do have to say I am on day 2 and I feel GREAT!! I started splitting my pain pills in half, I can move my arms, go to the bathroom on my own. Depending on how deep down on the couch I am I can get up by myself!

I cant wait for the next couple days to come I hope it stays this east! I am very surprised how much pain I dont have!

This is great information. I go in July 2nd and have been wondering what to expect. I can hardly sleep now...it's gonna be bad on July 1st!!! What size did you go from and to and what did you get? I am going completely under. I am getting 700cc, sils, under, in the crease and mod with full projection. Can't wait to join all the rest of you wonderful gals in boobieville!! Best forum ever!

Eminem...how funny! She must have thought that would throw you off and you wouldn't be thinking about being in the surgery room! Sounds like it worked! LOL!
