Use stool softener. It won't make you go but, it will loosen things up and make it easier to go.

I feel really (and surprisingly) great one week out. I have had no real pain. The worst thing for me was the Percocet which made me sick to the stomach on my second day. I stopped that cold that day and used a Extra Strength Tylenol a couple of times after. I had a tight and sunburn feeling on day 1-3. It is now gone. The implants feel more my own. They are a bit hard and do not move at this point. I am waiting for them to get softer. I am going to my first post-op today at 3PM so I will see what the PS says then. |
