I had my BA surgery on July 1 at 7AM. The PS's office is only 20 minutes from our house. We got there 20 minutes early and waited outside until one of the staff arrive. My DH sat with me the whole time. I changed into a surgical gown and stockings. I took a pee test (pregnancy) and answered questions again about my health. I waited for the PS to come in and mark me. The PS said since my breasts diameter was not very wide the 400cc I planned to go with would be too much. He said with the 400cc I would have high boobs in my arm pits which I did not want. He ended up giving me 350cc in my right breast and 300cc in my left. My left breast had more projection because of my rib cage pushing it out and it was slightly bigger. 350cc was what I was originally going to go with until I started to get boobie greed!

The surgery went well! I woke up shaking but they gave me something to take that right away. I felt some pressure on my chest but, could breath with ease. The first day home I felt great! Actually I felt too great. I was able to walk around with ease, go to the bathroom by myself, and eat. I was tired but in high spirits.

Day 2 around 1:30 in the afternoon I started to feel like hell. I had been taking my Percocet religiously every 4 hours. I guess I did not eat enough because I got a bad reaction from the Percocet. I started feeling nauseous, was clenching my teeth, and was shaking. I tried to eat something and I threw up. My head was spinning. I called the PS office and the head nurse told me to stop taking the Percocet. I have not taken it since 4PM yesterday. Thankfully I am not in a lot of pain since I can not take the Percocet. I have replaced it with Extra Strength Tylonel.

Right now Day 3 I feel great. My breasts are very tight and a bit high. They have the look of a Vargas girl drawing (see photo). I love them so far. I took a shower today and put on a new sports bra. I also moved my bowels for the first time which felt great! Sorry but, if you have been there you know what I am saying.

I am not in pain but, I do have some aches in my neck and back. My skin has that sunburned feel. My boobies feel a bit numb. I do get tired very easily. My appetite came back! My nipples look much bigger than before but, not unproportioned. I am wondering if this is going to change.

I took photos to share but, my photo program to resize them is acting up. I will have to post this at a later time.

I think I will be a D cup eventually. I have on a 34 C sports bra right now and it is snug fit. I am sure this size will vary after a few more weeks.

Because of the holiday I will not see my PS again until July 9th.

I am sooo happy for you. I am also glad to hear everything has gone smooth for the most part and that you are not in alot of pain. I think you will look hot with the size you ended up choosing! Congratulations! I'm hoping to make it to a D cup too..I tried on a 36C bra that was too small, but I am sure I'm still swollen. But hopefully the D&F will be kind to us!
