Hi, I am new on here, a girlfriend who just had implants done showed me this amazing site with sooo much info!

I am very nervous for my surgery and haven't been able to sleep the past few nights!

I have decided on 330cc & unders, but cannot decide on if I want the cohesive gels or saline. My PS ordered both and told me I would just have to let him know before the surgery on monday. I guess what I am looking for is some reassurance that one is indeed better than the other?

I am currently 5'4 117lbs and wear a 34 a comfortably, but can wear a 34 b, but it puckers b/c of the lack of breast volume i have !!! I wonder if any girls would also have any idea what size I will be after? The PS says its very hard to guess a bra size since they like to speak in cc's.

So, overall I am super excited & nervous all at once!!! I think breasts are beautiful and I cannot wait to have some of my own!!! ( the boyfriend doesn't care, but he seems excited too!! )

Hi. It's hard to say what cup size you will be post BA but maybe a C or baby D. Good luck. Keep us posted.

Based on what other's have said in prior postings - I'd say about a solid C/ small D. I'm pretty similar to you w/ the bandwidth and current cup size so I've been asking too and this is what I've been told w/ 350-375.

My stats are similar to yours. Check my siggy. I got 350 cc's and am so far a 34C 32D depending on the bras. I do have a 34D that fits perfect though.

finally got to sleep last night around 4am...sheez!

My surgery is at 8:30am in NY, NY ...hopefully I will be able to post right after my surgery as many of the other girls have!

After reading others' posts, I think I will go with the saline to have more fullness around the top of the breast. The co-gels will feel more real, but my thinking is I can always get those the 2nd time around.

Do saline give more fullness at the top? I had not heard that before.

Definitely ask for muscle relaxers or they give you a prescription at your preop.

I am having surgery on the 7th also!!! I know what you mean about not sleeping! Now that it's down to the wire it's pretty nerve wracking. Anyway, my stats are much different than yours but I am going with silicone unders, probably about a 350. My doctor has all sizes in stock so I won't know for sure until afterwards. But he knows what size I want (a C) and I am bringing pictures to remind him. I am most afraid of him getting carried away and going too big. I am also going with the moderate plus. That choice had more to do with my ribcage (32) than anything else. HP would have been far too narrow and I don't like the projection of them anyhow.

thank you! you love your silicone ... will i notice a big difference btw the co-gels and the saline if my implants are placed under the muscle?
also i read that saline implants wont ever have the natural slope that the anatomic co-gels would...its a +/-2000 dollar decision for my surgery on monday.....yikes.

I am going to be very happy with a full C..if thats what the D&F at!!

do you really think theres a chance i may end up with baby D's?
