We went to the consult on Thursday... DH & I asked a lot of questions... I have researched it & have friends who have went through the process, but it was my turn now (no way!).... We both really liked how the office staff & PS treated us from the 1st second we walked in.... So, I was scheduled for 6 days later... OMG! OMG! OMG! I was so indescribably happy... Couldn't think about anything else, now matter how hard I tried... And reality set in on how much I needed this when PS said "Yes, I agree with you , you are a small A" Lots of things going through my head. I wanted a full D, but he didn't think he could take me there because of my chest width & tissue etc. I was a little concerned I would not be happy, ok A LOT concerned. I always thought I would be an under person, he 100% thought I should be an over person.I went to visit with the nurses again the next day to try on sizers again & I got reassurance about CC and about overs. BIG HELP. (You have to be able to know that you can ask they staff ANY question ANYtime.IMO)Thanked God I got my vailum script filled ahead of time. I realized at 3 days to go, I was a MESS! LOL Not scared, just excited & READY TO ROCK & ROLL!!!! Sleeping was not happening for me. The day of the BA, we arrived at the surgery center. I was given a bazillion forms to sign. I didn't care at all.. I was here & they couldn't kick me out no matter what they did to try! They took me back. Gown & undies & teds were on the chair but no one told me to do anything. At this point my nerves were about to jump out of my body so I had NOOO problem asking if they were wanting me to change now or later? They came in & out of the room doing IDK what. I overheard the family across from me talking to the nurse & anthesiologist. She had breast California. Getting a port to help her thru treatment. Man, I was really hoping she could not hear what I was about to do. I felt so bad for her. Took focus off me for a minute, a much needed thing. Ok, so my PC doesn't like IV in the arm, so I was about to get my 1st IV in the top of my hand... HUH? Dang that's gonna hurt. Well, her flippin my veins was enough without her even busting out the needle. She missed the first time. OOOOOOOOOOUUUCHHH!!!!! Got another nurse. Again with the flipping! What is this? LOL... Not too long after that PS came in, drew on me a bit & clairfied implant size & cc amount. Anethesiologist comes in.... I give him the " DO NOT put that tube down my throat until you KNOW I am out" when he asks if I have any questions. He says ok, I am sure he was thinking about how soon he could drug me up with my obvious nervous tension showing it's face... I was kind.. but I have a thing about that! LOL.. So, me & the lady with cancer get wheeled off at same time, nurses decide they wanna race... It was fun, & made me feel better about going thru the OR doors. And here we are.. masked up.. beeping machines.. clanging instuments.. the OR smell.. Oh there is the PS, good to see him in here! OMG!!! I teared up.. When they asked what was wrong.. I said nothing, this is REALLY happening! I have waited 15 years for this moment. I climb on the table make a few adjustments, hear "Here comes your cocktails". OOOOH yeah! LOL... Wake up in recovery.. don't remember much. It was super quick.... Saw DH & kids got my button up PJs on & went home. Ok so my boobs are up to my eyeballs, but who cares?? I got 'em & noone can take them from me. Pain wasn't too awful bad, DH was instructed to give me the pain meds no matter what I said. Who can argue? I am 2 weeks out & still totally in love with them. Wonderful expierence, wonderful PS & staff from Pre op until now.. Couldn't ask for better. Makes a BIG difference IMO. TY... I am super super happy... can't stress enough how I think the PS & your abilty to communicate with him or her is sooooooo important...

Wow girl you look great!!! I went from a small small B to a full C in January... just found out that I have a CC!!! Be careful and continue to massage! It's soooo important!!!

wow, i cannot believe you went in for a consult and the surgery was SIX days later!!!! oh man, i hope something like that happens for me. the anticipation is ALREADY killing me and i haven't even scheduled a consult!

Thanks for sharing your story... you don't muck around do you, over & done with in 6 days... Wish I had done that, my consult was a month ago...only three more sleeps now... yay!!

I Love your comment how your boobs are up around your eyeballs but who cares... No one can take them from you... Good attitude to have.

Inamed (allergan) style 20 HP's smooth, round, 450ccs, partial unders sils surgery date-sept 12 ribcage 27 inches chest pre op 31 inches/post op 34.5 inches (so far) waist 23-24 inches hips 34-35 inches 5f2, 95 lbs, 97.5 lbs with the implants!
