First of all, I don't knwo what I would've done without this forum. So nice to know you're in the same boat with understanding people who have experience and information to share! Thanks, you guys!

So here's my story so far:

Of course I couldn't sleep the night before, but was surprisingly cool when I got to the doc's office. I have absolute trust, and was ready to say farewell to the IBTC.

I am finally lucid enough to type. Man, that cocktail spun me for one! I was out like a light and don't even remember the drive home I was talking and walking, I'm told, but no idea how or what I said.

Aside from some bloating, some itchiness (hives, a mild reaction to the antibioltic, the nurse said) and a bf who is acting less than loving (don't ask, he's not good at sympathy), I feel happy under my wrap.

I can tell under the ace bandage halter top that I have major cleavage and underboob (woo-hoo!, though they're quite firm from swelling. I'm liking my proportions with it on, so far. We'll see when the wrap comes off. Once again, the doc said my natural breasts are perfectly shaped so I'll be very happy with the results.

I let myself doze to some movies when I got back, and started drinking water, pineapple and a protein shake. Between the Bendryl, Valium and Percoset, I know I wasn't great conversation and kept getting confused talking to my bf and texting my friend. (eg. Did I say that out loud? Was that a memory or a dream? Not being able to finish sentences. Stuff like that.)

The pain feels just like working out too hard. I'm now able to pick up a glass of water, but if I turn wrong I can hear my left implant 'burp' or something. What the hell...? lol The bandages are just wicked tight, but I know the suffering's worth it.

I can't wait to see them! I'll update then. Cheers, all!

Thanks 4 sharing your story..my date is 29.08. and I'm very much afraid of it all 'cause I've never had any surgery...and reading these happy stories, makes it better..
